The Challenge

In one of the most crowded markets around, BLONDME needed to establish itself as the foremost authority within the blonde haircare space. They came to Social House to build brand awareness and ultimately conversions, while pushing specific messaging that while BLONDME’s products had previously only been available in-store and online at a specific retailer, they were now enjoying a much wider distribution and could be bought by anyone, anywhere.

In order to achieve this, we needed to create scroll-stopping content using only pre-existing assets.

The Solution

Bold statements, bright swatches, and flashy GIFs were our main focus in transforming pre-existing assets into unique, creative content. We strategically thought through each piece of content to ensure that it not only captured the audience’s attention, but fueled conversation and fit within the community discourse, as we knew that active engagement would lead to an expanded audience and more consistent conversions for each product. Over the course of the 12 month campaign, our revitalized social media presence resulted in a nearly 75% increase in retailer sales, in addition to invaluable brand awareness.

Results:

  • Brand Awareness: Generated over 17M  impressions, video content collectively received 2.1M views
  • Traffic to Retailers: Produced 423K clicks to retailers, with a $0.14 CPC
  • Retailer Sales: Increased sales by 74%
